Baked in a generous pool of olive oil for a shatteringly crispy bottom, then finished with a light drizzle, roughly chopped rosemary, and a hefty hand of Maldon flaky salt. Soft, pillowy, and cloud-like on the inside with a golden, crunchy exterior. Big, beautiful, and impossible to stop pulling apart.
